LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ABRA LEE

I ABRA LEE WISE, being of sound mind and body, do hereby declare that this document is my last will and testament. Being forced from my home at 198 Stone View Trail in Hays County Texas by my Husband, Chad Derek Wise, and in fear for my life, I am now in Houston, Texas.

I) I revoke all previous Wills and Codicils..

2) I am currently married to Chad Derek Wise and seeking Divorce.

3) I have two Children, Calder Weston Wise and Corbin Denley Wise.

4) I hereby give all my personal property, no matter separate or community to my father, Wesley William Walter and his Wife, Suzie Walter of Fresno California. This includes my home at 198 Stone View Trail, of Austin Texas, which was bought with my separate funds.

5) I hereby appoint my Father Sole Managing Conservator, or if need be, Joint Managing Conservator, If his is unable to serve, I wish his Wife, Suzie Walter to be Sole Managing Conservator, or if need be, Joint Managing Conservator. Further, if either should feel the need an Attorney Ad Litem or Guardian Ad Litem shall be appointed for the benefit of my Children.

6) I appoint my Father as Executor of this Will to serve without Bond. If he for any reason can not serve, I appoint his wife, Suzie.

7) I direct my Executor to invest, sell or otherwise manage every kind of my property as he see’s fit, and pay taxes as necessary, and to make my final arrangements, .

I make this Will as a result of years of abuse by my Husband and the fear of his family, which has resulted in my near death last month. I now fear for my precious Children . .

I hereby set my hand this day March 8 1\ 2015.
